After 2 inpatient hospitalization, I was referred to Back Home Therapy to continue Daniel Chernoff’s therapeutic approach helped me increase my strength and range of motion through various exercises, including hand on practicing. At the end of our time, I was successfully able to hsncle ADLs/IADLs and live at home, alone, which was the goal. I highly recommend Daniel Chernoff and Back Home Therapy.

He helped me to regain physical endurance and balance. Boaz made a real difference in the quality of my life.

I never thought I would be able to shower by myself after brain surgery and under Daniel's guidance I can now shower independently.

Daniel and Boaz were both very patient, friendly and skillful in providing OT and PT for my 91-year-old mom. Mom now has increased range of motion and strength in her arms and legs and has been inspired to continue exercising on her own again. Mom also feels more confident on the fact that it is possible for her to improve significantly. Daniel also had some helpful suggestions to make it easier for my mom to brush her hair by herself and to get up much easier from the sofa. Highly recommend!
