Professional and Encouraging Care

Regaining Independence at Home

After two inpatient hospitalizations, I was referred to Back Home Therapy to continue OT. Daniel Chernoff’s therapeutic approach helped me increase my strength and range of motion through various exercises, including hands-on practice. At the end of our time, I was successfully able to handle ADLs/IADLs and live at home alone, which was the goal. I highly recommend Daniel Chernoff, OT, and Back Home Therapy.

Patient, Friendly and Skillful

Daniel and Boaz were both very patient, friendly and skillful in providing OT and PT for my 91-year-old mom. Mom now has increased range of motion and strength in her arms and legs and has been inspired to continue exercising on her own again. Mom also feels more confident on the fact that it is possible for her to improve significantly.
