Back Home Therapy in Baltimore, Maryland provides adults and seniors with rehabilitation services (PT, OT and SLP) to continue to remain home. Our therapist are highly trained and have years of experiences in home care. Back Home therapy provides typically 6-8 weeks under Medicare Part B and other insurances. So, relax in your own environment while we help to rehabilitate you of your condition.
Meet the Staff
Daniel is a Licensed Occupational Therapist. He is certified in PAM (Physical Agent Modalities)and is LSVT® Certified Clinician. He earned his Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Howard University, Washington D.C. He began his career as a licensed OT for Genesis Health in its nursing facilities and home care divisions, with a focus on helping people be as independent as possible. Daniel enjoys working with seniors, connecting with them and addressing their needs to remain safe at home and live independently. He is energetic, creative, and understanding with a strong desire to help others. Daniel is also fluent in American Sign Language.
Daniel is an MNRI In Training. He is learning different techniques and skills that address the body’s reflex and nervous system. MNRI can help children and adults with attention span, ADHD, executive function disorder, learning disability, coordination and much more.
Boaz Bennof is a Licensed Physical Therapist and earned his Master’s degree from the University of Maryland, MD. He has over 20 years of experience working with older adults in the rehab facilities. Boaz is compassionate and caring and wants to help others. He is very dedicated to his patients and ensures that they are improving and regaining their strength and abilities.
Rob Davenport is a Physical Therapy Assistant. He provides outpatient in-home therapy services to the geriatric population and also in a sub-acute rehabilitation facility. Rob believes that providing an individualized and energetic experience for every patient will create a positive change and help meet functional goals and improve their quality of life. Patients love his easy-going, up-beat personality and how he stays focused on patients’ needs and well-being. Rob earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University and an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant from Baltimore City Community College. For several years, Rob served as Assistant Director of Fitness for Johns Hopkins at Mt. Washington Fitness Center. Outside of work, Rob enjoys watching the Ravens and Orioles, working out and spending time with his wife, two teenage boys and dog.
Percy Bautista is a licensed physical therapist, has been practicing for twenty years specializing in geriatrics and orthopedic cases. Percy is very dedicated and compassionate with his patient with the goal for patients to reach their maximum potential.
Libby Denenberg is the Administrative Coordinator of Rehab Services. She takes care of the office work including phone calls with patients and the doctors’ offices, insurance related questions, scheduling appointments and billing. She is the go to person if you have questions regarding your therapy sessions and insurance billing.
