2) Patient’s primary & secondary insurance information
3) A doctor’s order
Once your insurance information is verified and all required paperwork is received, we will contact you to schedule your therapy appointment.

Yes. A doctor’s order is required before we can begin therapy services. A doctor’s order can be faxed to our office at (443) 450-4282 or emailed to office@backhometherapy.com. We are also happy to assist you in obtaining the doctor’s order if needed.
Once your insurance is verified and all necessary paperwork is complete, we can usually schedule your therapy appointment within about a week. If a prior authorization is required, scheduling may take 2–3 weeks.
Yes, we offer reflex integration therapy (MNRI) to help children and adults improve motor control, coordination, and focus. Using specialized exercises and activities, we target retained reflexes that may affect learning, behavior, or movement.
