Daniel Chernoff, OTR/L, LSVTBIG® Certified, Trained in MNRI Techniques

Daniel is a Licensed Occupational Therapist, certified in Physical Agent Modalities (PAM) and an LSVT® Certified Clinician. He earned his Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Howard University in Washington, D.C.

Daniel began his career with Genesis Health, working in both nursing facilities and home care settings, where he focused on helping individuals achieve the highest level of independence possible. He especially enjoys working with seniors—connecting with them, understanding their needs, and supporting them in staying safe and independent at home. Daniel is known for being energetic, creative, and compassionate, with a strong commitment to helping others thrive.

He is also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), allowing him to communicate effectively and provide accessible, inclusive care to members of the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community.

In addition, Daniel is trained in Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (MNRI) techniques, a specialized approach that works with the body’s reflex patterns and nervous system to improve overall function. MNRI can benefit both children and adults experiencing challenges related to attention span, ADHD, executive functioning, learning disabilities, coordination, and more.

In the summer of 2025, Daniel completed the Goldman Sachs Small Business Program, further expanding his leadership and professional development skills.

Boaz Bennof, PT

Boaz Bennof is a Licensed Physical Therapist and earned his Master’s degree from the University of Maryland, MD. He has over 20 years of experience working with older adults in the rehab facilities. Boaz is compassionate and caring and wants to help others. He is very dedicated to his patients and ensures that they are improving and regaining their strength and abilities.

Rob Davenport, PTA

Rob Davenport is a Physical Therapy Assistant. He provides outpatient in-home therapy services to the geriatric population and also in a sub-acute rehabilitation facility. Rob believes that providing an individualized and energetic experience for every patient will create a positive change and help meet functional goals and improve their quality of life. Patients love his easy-going, up-beat personality and how he stays focused on patients’ needs and well-being. Rob earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University and an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant from Baltimore City Community College.  For several years, Rob served as Assistant Director of Fitness for Johns Hopkins at Mt. Washington Fitness Center.  Outside of work, Rob enjoys watching the Ravens and Orioles, working out and spending time with his wife, two teenage boys and dog.

Jon Ruttenberg, PT

Jon Ruttenberg is a licensed physical therapist, and has been practicing for over twenty years specializing in geriatrics and orthopedic cases. Jon is very dedicated with his patients with the goal for them to reach their maximum potential.

Rena Chernoff manages all front office operations, including scheduling appointments, handling paperwork, and assisting patients with their inquiries. She ensures the office runs smoothly and is your primary contact for any questions related to scheduling or administrative matters.
